Can I win a full scale battle against the supreme court to allow the cultivation and or use of marijuana?

I think that a more likely scenario is to get the law changed in the congress. There is growing discontent with the resources that are wasted on criminalizing this drug. If the congress were convinced to so the sensible thing, which will be difficult due to the far right, we could save a bundle of dollars by eliminating enforcement, court and incarceration costs, not to mention an income stream due to taxation.
