Mom found my old stash this morning.?

I used to be a huge pothead 3 years ago, and my mom found stuff in my room a lot back then. With that being said, I guess there was some stuff that I didn't know was still there(empty baggies and broken lighters), my mom went through my room this morning(idk why) and found the bags/lighters. She called me up to yell at me about how dirty my room is...but my room is spotless. What should I do?
