What the hell happened plzzz plzz answer?

ok so i texted this guy and he was so excited, cause he liked me in the past, we made plans to hangout over spring break. Anyway he called me the next day drunk, he had comeover from a party and was telling me how pretty i was and how he loved me. I couldnt hangout on the planned day so he goes well tomorrow can we chill, him and my friend planned the whole thing were we'd all hangout. We met up on 4/20 and he was so messed up , he didnt know what he was doing, anyway my friend texted him today and he never answered. Also hanging out was all his idea and he told me and my friend how excited he was when he wasnt messed up.He isnt even like this only when hes with his older friend whos a big pothead. I just texted him and he didnt answer and he usually takes like 1 minute to reply? What should i do?
