Forgotten Dance Tune Of 2003/4?

It was big here in the UK at around that time. It featured 2 young ladies and was set somewhere in NYC. It was big in clubs here and catchy. The video culminated with these 2 young ladies amongst the crowds in the Bronx or somewhere similar. As I remember there was a reggae type aspect to the track too. A bit vague I know, but if anyone could help that would be great.
