Help my pisces brother with depression?

Pisces is a HIGH MAINTENANCE SIGN and once they get into a rut or depression, it is hard to pull them out of it and eventually, resort to weed. On a more positive note, eventually he will come off from cloud 9 and land on earth and change. Usdually, it takes years for this to happen and I'm not trying to be negative about it. The person needs friends who have strong earth elements in their chart to help him get out of that inner circle he is in.
