Is it possible to be naturally high?

I don't actually know what it's like to be high cuz I've never smoked or anything, but I feel like I'm naturally high. Im always spacing out and deep in thought, I also laugh at everything, and I don't give a **** about a lot of stuff. And a lot of people assume that I'm a pothead. Btw I'm a 16 year old boy.
