Researched jerseylicious and it's fake!?

I've done some research by looking at the gatsby salon website and the only real people in the staff photos are Gail and kristy and also found out that the "cast members" consisting of Gigi,Tracey and Olivia actually work at other salons and only book at the gatsby once a month for filming and are completely scripted and fake,I also did research on Alexa and her glam factory which actually appears to be real or am I wrong on that to? Does anyone have any first hand experiences or extra information on the gatsby or glam factory?
