Someone plans to do something illegal; posts about it on Facebook?

Everything posted on Facebook is not true. There is no oath or affidavit - that it is true - so - unless you have other evidence - the statements would have no legal bearing - but - you may decide to contact the person conducting the test to let them know to be careful when testing him. What is the test for? College - probation - police - or what?
