Who decides if my belief in religious use and recreational use of marijuana is legitimate?

everything you do affects yourself, which in turn affects others. You may not be directly hurting someone, but you may be indirectly. Also, just because marijuana exists doesn't mean you should smoke it. Cyanide also exists. Go drink a glass full and then come back and talk to me again.
