Why can't girls dance?

I have seen some girls dance to "reggae" or "reggaeton" and they embarrass themselves, when you dance reggae or reggaeton, its ALL in the hips you have to grind against the dick & move with the guy, depending on the beat of the song, if its fast or slow, you can go low with the guy & you have to touch him just to really get in the song. It's all in the hips and booty. But I see some girls that just go back & forth like they're dancing to some 80's white girl jam.. girls, why do you do this to yourself? .. im European & I can dance.. why don't others know how to
